Banana Cake with Caramel

Ingredients Banana Cake_TM Angola

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Caramel to grease
  • 6 bananas
  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Beat butter with the sugar 3 min/ 60ºC/ speed 3.
  3. Add eggs and mix 10 sec/ speed 3.
  4. Add flour, baking powder and emulsify 30 sec/ speed 3.
  5. Grease the cake tin with caramel and line with bananas cut in thin slices.
  6. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 30 minutes. Unmold and sprinkle with cinnamon.
