Pineapple “Caipirinha” with Ginger and Mint

Thermomix® time: 26 sec

  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 250 g “cachaça”
  • 400 g ice
  • 200 g pineapple cut to pieces
  • 50 g ginger, peeled
  • 10 mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Pulverise sugar 10 sec/ speed 9.
  2. Add “cachaça” and ice and grind 8 to 13 sec/ speed 5.
  3. Add pineapple, ginger and mint and chop Turbo/ 1 sec/ 3 times.
