- 12 garlic cloves
- 30 g olive oil
- 1.500 kg tomato, seedless
- Salt to taste
- 1 vegetables stock
- 150 g warm water
- Basil leaves to décor
- Toasted Maltese bread
- Chop garlic with olive 5 sec/ speed 5.
- Sauté 3 min/ Varoma/ speed 1.
- Add tomato and salt and cook 20 min/ 100ºC/ speed 1.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the vegetables stock in water with the aid of a fork.
- Add it to mixing bowl and cook 5 min/ 100ºC/ speed spoon. Decorate with basil and serve with Maltese bread.
